Woman’s Missionary Union of North Carolina (WMU NC) is an organization dedicated to inspiring and equipping Christian believers to live out Jesus’ command in the Great Commission: “Go and make disciples of all nations” (Matt. 28:19). We work toward a world where all believers own this calling and actively spread the Good News of Jesus through their communities and to the ends of the earth.
The Heck-Jones offering is named for Fannie E. S. Heck and Sallie Bailey Jones, two beloved leaders and founders of WMU of NC. They spent their lives serving God through the missions and ministries of WMU. Today the missions and ministries of WMU NC are supported entirely by your gifts to the Heck-Jones offering.
